Orders placed on business days before 5:00 PM are processed within 24 hours and handed over to your selected shipping carrier. From that moment, delivery is fully handled by the carrier. During sale periods and holidays, shipping may take slightly longer than usual.
Shipping within the Netherlands & Belgium
We mainly ship with PostNL and DHL. Both carriers aim to deliver the next business day, but due to recent operational changes, staff shortages, and high demand at PostNL, deliveries may occasionally take longer, including mailbox parcels. This is currently a known nationwide issue affecting PostNL services.
Shipping within and outside the EU
EU countries: usually 4–9 business days
Outside the EU: usually 7–16 business days
Track & Trace
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a Track & Trace code allowing you to follow the current status of your parce
