How do I return my order?
You may return your order within 30 days from the date of receipt. Sale items can be returned within 14 days of receipt.
Please ensure that all returned items are in their original condition, with all tags attached, and have not been worn, washed, or altered in any way.

Return Requirements
Please return the product in its original packaging, including all labels and tags. You may return part of your order if preferred.
Returns are only accepted if the product shows no visible signs of wear.
Please note that nipple covers, stockings, gift cards, and gift sets are non-returnable and non-refundable. Shipping costs are not reimbursed.
If a returned item is damaged, worn, incomplete, or not submitted through our official returns portal, we reserve the right to refuse the return and are not obligated to accept the item.
What are the return costs?
Return shipping costs range from €4.95 to €5.95 in EU, depending on the carrier and parcel size (including PostNL, DHL, and DPD). This option is available in selected EU countries.
Refund Processing Time
Once our distribution center has received your return shipment, you will receive a confirmation email from the carrier. Please allow 7 to 10 business days from the date of receipt for your return to be fully processed.

How long will it take to get my orders?
For the Netherlands and Belgium: next-day delivery applies to orders placed on business days before 17:00. During sale periods, delivery times may be longer.
Deliveries within the EU typically take 4 to 9 days. International deliveries may take 7 to 16 days.
Delivery details will be included in your confirmation email.
Can I track my order?
Yes, you can. Once your order has been handed over to DHL, you will receive a tracking code by email. You can use this code to track your shipment via the DHL website or app.
Do you ship overseas?
Yes, we offer worldwide shipping. Shipping costs will be calculated and added at checkout.
